WELCOME TO HEAT!

HEAT ~ Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team is a community of endurance athletes working together towards a common goal. We strive to lead a healthy and active life style by practicing the three disciplines of triathlon; Swim. Bike. Run.

We are located in the heart of Middle Tennessee, in Hendersonville, Sumner County, a community located just north of Nashville.

Our membership boasts a wide range of athletes at all levels, from beginners searching for their first experience to seasoned Ironman competitors.

At any given time, you will find HEAT members involved in group training. From open water swims, as weather permits, to bike rides in the beautiful and hilly back roads of Sumner Co., to group runs at any given time.

HEAT has been the proud organizer of HEAT Kids Triathlon, this being its 16th year. This event introduces our youth to the sport. Held at the local YMCA the first Saturday in August, it has become a tradition that puts a close to summer vacation and gets the kids ready for the upcoming school year.

But we don’t stop there. Our members are involved throughout the community, volunteering their time to help with local events that promote and educate our city in the benefits of healthy habits.
